ENERGY SERVICES WEST    The Geotechnical Staff Engineer is involved in a variety of structural engineering projects with a focus on foundation engineering, emphasizing design-build delivery methods for electrical transmission and distribution projects. The Structural Staff Engineer, EIT interfaces with a multi-disciplinary engineering team consisting of civil, structural, geotechnical, and various construction management personnel. This position is responsible for supporting design production including calculations and construction drawings. The position may also coordinate with outside design consultants in the preparation and delivery of design projects.

Energy Services West Quality Manager - Lead  The On-Site Quality Manager Lead is responsible for monitoring and auditing the Quality Manager team’s  quality management requirements for the project, as well as the execution of the project Quality Management Plan. This position will work closely with Quality Mangers, Project Managers and Construction Managers for the monitoring and oversight of project quality objectives/activities. The On-Site Quality Manager – Lead serves as a lead for ESW in the planning and surveillance/monitoring of procured equipment and materials and assists the Quality Director in measuring Quality Management System processes.

Substation Foreman at Irby Construction Company shall possess a minimum of one (4) years of experience in a Journeymen electrical role. Substation, Commercial, or Industrial construction Journeymen electrical experience is a plus. Journeymen electricians must have a valid journeymen electrician card or be able to pass the Journeymen electricians test per government standards. The individual will possess all of the skills required for assignment from the foreman for complete electrical installations.  Such an employee shall also have in depth knowledge of all applicable OSHA codes and standards, as well as the National Electrical Code.  

A Journeyman Lineman at Southern Electric Corporation classification will have received their training in an approved forty-two (42) month apprenticeship program or a certified testing program or must have five (5) years of continuous substation/line construction/maintenance experience.  Journeyman Linemen shall have a working knowledge of all aspects of substation/line work and have the capability and expertise to work independently if required.

The Technical Analyst will work with division management and field leadership to serve as a general team member for project support and ensure that projects are being completed safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. In this role, it will be essential to learn how the business runs, how changing circumstances are handled, and who to contact when there are questions. Critical for success are excellent oral and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in teams.
