The Field Safety Coordinator supports the Field Operations staff by providing critical information and guidance regarding safe work procedures, work place safety regulations, corporate policies and adopted best practices. They conduct job site observations, guide workers through complicated safe work practices, educate employees on safety regulations, policies and procedures, identify hazards, suggest methods of hazard mitigation, respond to emergency situations, investigate incidents, provide reports and communicate information critical to the prevention of accidents, injuries and near misses.   Salary for this role is a range of $75,000-$100,000

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to get into Project Management within the utilities industry.    The Project Manager manages high voltage transmission, distribution, and substation construction/maintenance projects. Project Managers are also in charge of planning, directing, or coordinating, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structure, facilities, and systems. FiberTel is looking for a Payroll Specialist for our Springville, UT market.   The Payroll Specialist will assist the payroll administrator in compiling and recording employee time and payroll data. She/he will compute employees’ time worked, overtime and drive time pay. This position will compute and post wages and deductions or prepare paychecks. 

- Land surveying technicians compile information necessary to stake projects for construction using engineering plans. The survey technician is able communicate with customers and state entities out in the field.

The Payroll Administrator will collect and review timekeeping information, and issues employee paychecks. The Payroll Administrator will audit and verify all time keeping records of employees’ hours worked, as well as any deductions or withholdings required to comply with state and federal law.

Provide unit pricing on distribution work orders utilizing contractual job aids. Deliver overall administrative, technical, and financial management of the project from work order release to the field through completion under the guidance of the division project management department.  Responsible for ensuring work order adherence and accuracy to the contract job aids and customer technical standards, while maintaining productive and positive relationships with field operations, subcontractors, customer, and division office personnel.
