IRBY has been serving the Electrical industry for over 78 years.

Irby Construction is seeking skilled and experienced Licensed Electricians to join our team in Texas . The successful candidates will be responsible for construction and maintaining electrical systems in battery storage, sub-station, distribution, commercial, and industrial settings.

THIS JOB LOCATION WILL BE IN THE STATES OF Texas, Colorado, New Mexico and possibly Louisiana.

What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
  • Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and the need for repair.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
  • Provide excellent quality craftsman ship, knowledge, work ethic and customer service.

What You'll Bring

  • Valid electrician license.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical work.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with electrical codes and standards.
