About this Role

The Treasury Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Treasury Operations team, responsible for supporting Bank Services, Card Services, and Payment Services across 200 Operating Units, with over 500 bank accounts, and 17,000 credit cards company wide. This role ensures timely and accurate execution of treasury operations, supports internal and external audits, and contributes to process improvements and risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Bank Services

  • Banking Operations Support: Manage a wide range of banking service requests, including updates to bank account signers, administration of bank portal users, account maintenance, transaction inquiries, issuance of bank letters and cashier’s checks, fraud reporting, and handling of payroll and tax-related debit authority requests.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with bank service providers by participating in weekly calls to track and resolve outstanding service items and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Oversee user access and provide training on online banking platforms to ensure secure and efficient usage across the organization.
  • Administer and update Treasury Workstations (ServiceNow and Kyriba) to reflect changes related to bank services and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with Accounting Department to log, code, and deposit incoming checks.
  • Ensure all banking activities adhere to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Retrieve and download weekly balances, monthly bank statements, account analysis statements and fees from bank portals and upload to Treasury workstation.
  • Provide bank account administrative support for reorganizations, new entities, and entity name changes.

Card Services

  • Credit Card Operations Support: Manage day-to-day credit card operations including new card issuance, limit adjustments, account closures, ghost card requests, user profile creation, transaction reimbursements, and resolution of lost/stolen card incidents, fraud, and disputes, investigation of all issues, questions, and concerns.
  • Serve as the Program Administrator for over 350 corporate credit cards, supporting Quanta Corporate departments and ensuring consistent program execution.
  • Review, track, and log monthly credit card statement submissions in accordance with internal controls and compliance policies. Escalate non-compliant submissions as necessary.
  • Liaison between card providers and local Operating Unit card administrators to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Support Operating Units with system troubleshooting, reporting needs, and administrative updates for card management platforms.
  • Oversee the P-Card inbox and manage service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Deliver PCard training and maintain program documentation.

Payment Services

 

  • Wire Processing: Initiate and process daily domestic, international, and foreign exchange wire transfers, intercompany payments, tax payments, acquisition-related payments, and stock purchase transactions across multiple banking platforms while adhering to the daily wire processing schedule.
  • Review and validate wire documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update wire templates in various banking platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in payment execution.
  • Conduct due diligence on high-value wire transfers in accordance with internal control procedures to mitigate financial and operational risk.
  • Facilitate the timely approval of wire transactions by coordinating with management and ensuring all required authorizations are in place for processing.
  • Serve as liaison between Operating Units and bank service providers for payment-related issues and questions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal and external audit requests and support Treasury Operations department audits.
  • Maintain expertise in banking platforms and stay informed on system updates and enhancements.
  • Assist with department administrative functions and ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support overall Treasury operations.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong understanding of banking platforms, credit card administrations, wire processing, and internal controls procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Treasury Workstations is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
