Temporary Shop Helper

Our multidisciplinary team combines the expertise of structural and geotechnical engineers with experienced drillers, construction managers, geologists, and quality management specialists.

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Temporary Shop Helper to assist in our mechanic shop and warehouse anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months, 40 hours a week. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional shop environment. You’ll work closely with experienced mechanics and technicians, learning as you go.

• Help clean, organize, and maintain the shop and tools
• Assist with basic tasks under the guidance of shop staff
• Move tools, equipment, and materials around the shop
• Help with simple repairs and maintenance
• Learn how to use basic shop tools and equipment
• Support the team with general labor and shop duties

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the day
• Punctual and dependable
• Safety-minded and respectful of shop rules
