Position: Civil Construction Manager
About this role:
The Civil Construction Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while adhering to safety regulations and client requirements
Pay:
This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $110,000-$130,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
Needs assessment: Ability to plan and coordinate projects, manage budgets and resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Tool selection: Establishes boundaries, helping employees understand what is expected and allowing them to prioritize their tasks accordingly.
Implementation planning: Focuses on encompassing project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while adhering to safety regulations.
Business acumen:
Project management: Oversees all aspects of a construction project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards, while managing stakeholders and subcontractors.
User training: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols and promoting a safe work environment for all project personnel.
Data migration: Responsible for managing construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and supervising, while also leading and overseeing the migration of data related to the project, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Monitoring and optimization: Evaluating jobsite performance and identify areas for improvement and developing and implementing strategies to optimize contract processes and workflows.
