What You'll Do

A Vendor Coordinator is responsible for signing rental agreements, providing rental vendors with reports as needed and managing all paperwork associated with rental equipment.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate independently, track and meet deadlines and keep several databases up to date are key aspects of this job.  This role will be reporting directly to the Fleet Data Manager. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate rental reservations and schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions
  • Communicate with customers to provide information and resolve issues
  • Inspect rental equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
  • Prepare rental agreements and collect necessary documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle billing and invoicing for rental services
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve rental processes
