About this Role

Quanta South Region is looking for a Supply Chain Director who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process of the company. This includes procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and customer service. The successful candidate will ensure that all aspects of the supply chain run smoothly and efficiently, and that products are delivered to customers on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the company's supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all procurement is carried out in accordance with company policy and within budget.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor logistics and distribution to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in full.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that the company has access to the best possible resources and that customer needs are met.
  • Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support and training as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and supply chain management software.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
