About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Safety Admin/Data Support to assist our expanding safety program.  This role will be crucial in overseeing and maintaining the integrity of safety-related data, facilitating administrative tasks, and aiding us in the transition to a new system for monitoring observations and incidents. 

 

What You'll Do

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

  •        Assist with administrative duties for the Safety Department
  •        Perform accurate and timely data entry for field observations, incidents, and near misses
  •      Write and review reports to ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency
  •      Prepare and distribute weekly safety reports using collected data
  •      Help manage and maintain data integrity across systems
  •      Participate in the onboarding and implementation of the Origami platform for safety data management
  •      Learn and document Origami system functionality alongside VP of Safety

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

  •      2+ years of experience in safety, compliance, or administrative roles (utility or construction industry preferred)
  •      Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  •      Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  •      Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  •      Ability to learn new software systems quickly and assist in training others
