About this Role

As an expanding company, R.R. Cassidy is looking for a Laborer who is experienced, self-motivated, able to work and adapt in fast-paced environments, and willing to embrace the challenges of working with evolving tasks and structures. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the Southeast United States.

What You'll Do

  • Serves as general project laborer
  • Assists in loading and unloading trucks
  • Responsible for housekeeping-related tasks for the equipment, facility, tools, and jobsite
  • Cleans up and assists crew with securing jobsite at end of day
  • Works as spotter for equipment operators to ensure safe operation of machinery
  • Provides general assistance as requested to operators, foremen, leadmen and Superintendents
  • Serves as general support to project teams 
  • Actively identifies and proactively addresses safety concerns and communicates to appropriate team members
  • Comply with all DOT regulations and reporting requirements related to CDL status (if applicable)

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in construction, civil, or foundation work preferred
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive labor tasks
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to take directions from supervisors and crew leaders
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
  • Familiarity with basic tools and construction equipment
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
