We are seeking a CRM Developer to drive technological advancements within our organization, with a strong focus on supporting Preconstruction and Operations. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within Microsoft Dynamics 365, integrating data across platforms, and enhancing our business intelligence capabilities. 

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • CRM Development Lead: Build, customize and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Application, ensuring technical support to CRM users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth system operation.  Work with Product Owner to ensure the CRM is optimized for tracking bids, leads, and project opportunities to enhance preconstruction planning. 
  • Project Management Software Administration: Manage system configurations, user access, workflows, and integrations in our Project Management Software, Procore.  Use Boomi to code and transfer data from SQL to Procore, supporting accurate and efficient project data migration. 
  • Business Automation and Applications: Support the documentation, maintenance and creation of key business automations and applications. Utilizing Microsoft power platform tools, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI, to maintain and create the automations and applications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Strong ability to complete due diligence and risk assessment 
  • Impeccable integrity and ethics with internal and external stakeholders. 

Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas: 

  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong understanding of CRM workflows and customizations, preferred. 
  • Knowledge of SQL, including data queries, optimization, and integration. 
  • Experience with Microsoft power platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate and PowerBI) 
  • Hands-on experience using Boomi for data integration and automation, preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Procore, with experience managing system configurations and integrations, preferred. 
  • Experience in the construction or electrical contracting industry. 
  • Familiarity with additional automation tools and APIs. 

Education & Experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, data integration, and business intelligence
  • Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Procore are advantageous

Working Conditions

The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment.  Occasionally, you may travel to a construction job site. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space.  You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day. 

 

Benefits Overview: 

IME provides an industry-leading comprehensive benefits package.  Full-time employees are eligible to choose from a variety of healthcare coverage options, which become effective the first of the month after hire.  In addition, employees are offered a substantial amount of PTO and are immediately eligible to make contributions to a generously matched and fully vested 401k.  

 

Salary Range:   

$80,750 - $109,250

*Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.*

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is - depending on experience and qualifications.
