About this Role

Brink Constructors, Inc.

 

The Apprenticeship Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of all aspects relating to apprenticeship support services, including the administrative operations of maintaining the pool of eligible apprentice candidates, as well as the intake, tracking, enrollment, registration, and retention of apprentices.

 

Pay: This is a non-exempt hourly role. The pay range is $23 - $30 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Maintain database with all apprentice and company records
  • Track monthly apprenticeship hours
  • First point of contact for all apprentices
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule apprentices for each class segment
  • Process all student enrollment paperwork and ensure apprentices are successful within the program

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher in office administration or related field preferred.
  • At least three years of office experience required

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in handling multiple projects and ensure law and requirements are being followed
  • Familiar with technology and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and other software)
  • Provide quick, accurate, and helpful responses to questions in an approachable and friendly tone
  • Positive outlook, flexibility, and resilience to constant change
  • Team oriented
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work with/keep confidential information
  • High sense of integrity – job requires being honest and ethical
  • Self-started and well organized
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Three years of industry experience and/or working in workforce development. Experience working in higher learning institutions or community colleges is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating training programs
