In this position you will collaborate closely with Recruiters, Candidates, and Hiring Managers to coordinate all aspects of the recruitment life cycle from job posting to onboarding. Act as a brand ambassador for Quanta Services, promoting our culture and values to prospective candidates. This position must adhere to all the rules and policies as well as ensuring the organization’s practices comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Pay:
This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $25.00-$31.00/HR. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
Position will be based out of our corporate office in Englewood, CO. Position requires travel for recruiting and other events up to 30% (subject to change)
The Talent Acquistion Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
