R.R. Cassidy is seeking an experienced Yard Worker. The Yard Worker will be self-motivated, able to work and adapt in fast-paced environments, and willing to embrace the challenges of working with evolving tasks and structures. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to complete tasks in a timely manner while minimizing work hazards.

In this role, you will conduct general laborer tasks around the yard and shop. This will include helping specialized laborers, operate machinery and heavy equipment, lift and transport heavy objects, and conduct facilities maintenance. 

• Good oral and written communication skills
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Physically fit with high endurance
• Good understanding of construction safety protocols
• Clean driving record (required)
• License to operate heavy equipment (preferred).
