This job involves managing high voltage transmission, distribution, and substation construction/maintenance projects. PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC (dba QUES) is seeking a Project Manager is responsible for administrative, technical, financial, and resource management from bid preparation to completion. They oversee all stages of the project, ensuring safety and quality standards are met and meeting deadlines. The Sr. Project Manager must possess excellent communication, listening, public speaking, and teamwork skills. They must cultivate relationships, pull together departments, subcontractors, and resources, and practice patience. The Sr. PM must be adaptable, patient, and able to motivate a team. They must foster relationships with all involved in the project process.
