About this Role

Brink Constructors, Inc.

 

QA/QC specialists ensure that electrical installations meet safety standards and contribute to the successful completion of energy projects. QA/QC specialists work closely with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and procurement personnel, to address quality concerns and ensure consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Position requires 100% travel throughout the Midwest as a field based role

 

Pay: This is a non-exempt hourly role. The pay range is $48.40 - $55.66 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Developing and implementing quality control processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns
  • Reviewing and updating quality documentation and procedures
  • Serves as main contact point for all field and subcontractors
  • Reporting all QA/QC updates to leadership, customer, additional teams as needed
  • Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other established metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of quality-related information and update documentation

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • Experience in QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols is essential.
  • Familiarity with quality control methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards
  • Effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
  • Collaboration is crucial in this role
  • Valid, Active Driver’s License
  • Valid, Active DOT Medical Examiner’s Certification

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in the electrical utilities industry; power distribution, renewable energy, or electrical construction
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is - USD $48.40/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
