About this Role

The Human Resources Information Systems Specialist handles and provides support for employee data and records management lifecycle. The HRIS Specialist partners with members of corporate HR to ensure adherence to data management requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary resource for processing of new hires, rehires, terminations and other employee system changes into HR system.
  • Perform regular data audits, monitor data interface processes, and resolve identified issues to maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain employee files accurately and timely.
  • Assist with data gathering and cleansing for various reporting processes, including but not limited to, turnover reporting and required annual reporting (EEO-1, ACA, state Pay and Hours, etc.)
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assists with special projects and performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

What You'll Bring

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or technical school course work and 3 – 5 years of experience in the field or related area.

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
