Position Overview:
Summit Line Construction is excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for an HR Intern to join our team this summer! Located in Heber City, UT, our company provides an enriching environment for interns interested in exploring various facets of HR.
Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program, with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. (Applicants with advanced Excel skills are preferred.)
Previous experience in clerical work and/or data entry is advantageous.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required for employment.
As an intern with us, you'll also have the opportunity to delve into special projects and initiatives, gaining insight into the strategic aspects of HR alongside day-to-day operational tasks. With our diverse operations spanning across the western U.S., you'll gain exposure to multi-state laws, both union and non-union environments, and insights into the construction industry as a whole.
