FiberTel, LLC is looking to hire a Fleet Administrative Assistant for our Springville, UT location.
The will assist the Fleet management team throughout the western US. They will operate and organized approach to the construction crew tooling as well as vehicle repair or maintenance reporting . She/he will DOT compliance and reporting as it relates to the fleet asset management the company. He/she vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance. The Fleet Administrative Assistant will also help develop and maintain outside vendor and service provider relationships.
This job operates in both office and field environments with occasional exposure to noise and other hazards. This job routinely uses standard office equipment. Occasionally spend time outside the office when meeting clients or need to check on vehicles.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; , kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
