About this Role

Quanta Services Atlantic Region serves the southeastern United States through its five operating companies.

The Regional Recruiter drives Quanta Atlantic’s investment in its future workforce — owning early-career outreach, sourcing, and screening for craft and trades talent (linemen, electricians, equipment operators, mechanics, and related field disciplines) and referring qualified, high-character candidates into the hiring pipelines of the Atlantic Region’s five operating companies. This field-based, relationship-driven role is built around 50–75% regional travel across the Southeastern United States, engaging technical schools, trade programs, community organizations, and military transition networks to build a best-in-class talent pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Drive proactive, early-career outreach across the Southeastern United States to build a consistent pipeline of future craft talent.
  • Source and engage candidates for line, electrical, equipment operation, mechanic, and related trade roles through schools, technical/vocational programs, career fairs, apprenticeship programs, community organizations, and military transition channels.
  • Screen candidates for character, attitude, and work ethic first — the qualities that predict long-term craft success — alongside baseline role fit.
  • Refer qualified candidates to hiring teams across all five Atlantic Region operating companies, coordinating smoothly across multiple business units and hiring timelines.
  • Represent Quanta Atlantic’s brand and career story at schools, community events, job fairs, and industry outreach events throughout the region.
  • Maintain a lead pipeline database, with a focus on nimble lead generation for our hiring entities.
  • Build lasting relationships with school counselors, program directors, and community partners to keep the pipeline full and renewing.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in recruiting, outreach, admissions, sales, or another people-facing, relationship-driven field — skilled trades or construction/utility industry exposure is a strong plus.
  • Comfort and energy for heavy regional travel and a self-directed, field-based schedule.
  • A genuine ability to connect with early-career candidates and their influencers (parents, instructors, coaches, mentors) and communicate a compelling craft-career story.
  • A talent-scout mindset: skilled at recognizing character, attitude, and work ethic in a candidate before technical skill is ever in the picture.

What You'll Get

We look for the best character, attitude, and work ethic — we’ll train the skills necessary to advance. Quality people attract more quality people, and that standard is contagious across a crew, a jobsite, and an operating company. Better early-career hires become better journey-level craft, better field leadership, and beyond: this role is a true investment in Quanta Atlantic’s future, building today’s pipeline into tomorrow’s foremen, superintendents, and leaders — with a clearly defined career path as far as ambition takes them.
