    SUMMARY

    The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for developing and managing the Company’s cash management and the corresponding banking and other financial institutions relationships.

    Responsibilities

    SCOPE: Enterprise

     

    ESSENTIAL/ NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Forecasts and manages cash positions (including intercompany transactions), related borrowing needs and available funds for investments.
    • Maintains Cash Forecasting System.
    • Ensures that sufficient funds are available to meet on going operational and capital investment requirements.
    • Reviews and compares the automated daily Liquidity Report to the LC/Cash Collateral Report for variances.
    • Maintains policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities.
    • Evaluates treasury products and services and support the Assistant Treasurer in optimizing structure and negotiating with banks and other service providers.
    • Responsible for maintaining unmapped banking rules in the Treasury System.
    • Performs the day-to-day operational aspects of the treasury function, including wires, ACH payments and reconciliation.
    • Works with Controller, General Counsel, Treasurer and others to ensure compliance with all relevant Debt Covenants.
    • Responsible for compiling, understanding and maintaining Quarterly Credit Agreement Calculation and Debt Ratios and runs scenarios as requested.
    • Assists with quarterly Pension payments and presentations.
    • Assists Treasury group with board presentations and Strategic & Financing initiatives.
    • Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and minimum 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting.
    • Prior experience reconciling multiple bank accounts to establish a daily cash position.

     

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    Masters’ degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and 7 years of experience preferred.

     

    LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

    CTP Credential a plus.

    Language Skills: English Intermediate level of knowledge

    Mathematical Skills: Advanced level of knowledge

    Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Advanced level

    Computer Skills: Must have demonstrated advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, especially in Excel.
