    SUMMARY

    The Manager, Treasury will manage day-to-day activities in the treasury function to meet the financial obligations of the organization.  Will assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the organization.

    Responsibilities

    SCOPE: Enterprise

     

    ESSENTIAL/ NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Assists with all Latin America requests for Banking, Cash and Letters of Credit/Bank Guarantees.
    • Online banking administrator for all local and international bank accounts.
    • Footprints Administrator – Manages the ticketing system for all Wire requests and Bank Service requests.
    • Reviews weekly and monthly Management/Accounting Reports for interest and fees for Loans & Letters of Credit.
    • Maintains Global Treasury Policies and Desk Procedures for Staff.
    • Maintains and performs quarterly Disaster Recovery Procedures.
    • Manages staff – Sr. Treasury Analyst and Cash Coordinator.
    • Coordinates bank account integrations and implementations for acquired entities and start up entities.
    • Establishes and maintains positive, ongoing relationships with Quanta Operating Units.
    • Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
    • 6+ years with at least one year of leadership responsibility.

    CTP – Certified Treasury Professional

    Percent of time:  Up to 10% of time.

    Language Skills:  English – Advanced level of knowledge

    Mathematical Skills:  Advanced level of knowledge

    Reasoning Skills/Abilities:  Advanced level

    Computer Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
