    The Diversity & Inclusion Manager will play a key role in delivering the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion. S/he will leverage their D&I expertise to develop a global sourcing strategy and drive the implementation of programs and practices that will attract, develop, and retain a diverse workforce as well as foster an environment of inclusion across the organization. 


    • Work with our Operating Units Management to develop and integrate analytics-driven D&I strategies into hiring, growth and retention plans that align with business objectives.
    • Embed diversity thinking, metrics, and practices in talent management processes (recruitment, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention).
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition teams to build a proactive pipeline of high caliber, diverse, and well-qualified talent; representing the organization through relevant outside sponsorships, conferences, and industry events.
    • Evaluate market and research data to understand where external talent pools exist and work collaboratively with internal teams to execute on sourcing initiatives.
    • Identifying new opportunities to initiate and cultivate relationships with external organizations that are potential sources of diverse talent.
    • In collaboration with Communications experts, creating communications & key messaging materials which spotlight program successes for internal and external audiences.
    • Tracking, evaluating, and reporting on the effectiveness of diversity activities. Report on milestone progress toward strategic priorities.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager



    • Bachelor’s degree
    • At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years’ experience developing D&I related talent acquisition strategies.



    • Knowledge of HR/Talent Management processes and functions.
    • Demonstrated success in building and implementing comprehensive organization-wide D&I strategies in large, complex organizations with proven results.
    • Strong public speaking skills, group facilitation skills and executive presence.
    • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
    • Ability to motivate, influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups.
    • Ability to work independently and achieve results on own initiative as well as in cross-functional teams
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and team oriented
    • 80% Travel
