    The Data Relationship Management (DRM) Developer is responsible for designing, developing and implementing integration solutions that support the Strategic Initiatives of Quanta Services. The DRM Developer must be able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment and must possess strong technical and communication skills for cross organization initiatives. The successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and coordinate work of others on multiple concurrent projects.


    • Gathers requirements from the functional user.
    • Designs the solution and architecture of the environment.
    • Creates functional and technical design document for the implementation.
    • Develops workflow process for approval process.
    • Creates business rules as per the business logic at workflow level and validation at DRM.
    • Responsible for Full Life cycle project implementation.
    • Creates properties, Property Category as per the requirement.
    • Creates imports and exports.
    • Automates end-to-end process by using tool internal ability.
    • Creates automated processes to capture delta data (incremental).
    • Creates standard and custom exports as per the requirements by different target systems and automates the process of export generation and transferring it to target systems.
    • Implements security using tool internal ability and external authentication.
    • Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
    • 6 years hands on experience as Oracle Hyperion DRM development with minimum of 4 – 5 years on live production project experience.
    • Implementation experience in Oracle DRG.
    • Experience and strong knowledge in Oracle 11g.
    • Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of DRM servers.
    • Extensive experience in:
    • Version creation / maintenance
    • Hierarchy creation / maintenance
    • Nodes creation / maintenance
    • Defining properties / Inheritance
    • Defining formulae for properties - Derived properties
    • Creating validations and assigning to the respective hierarchies
    • Updating the property values Action Scripts
    • Security maintenance User Security and NAG
    • Workflow creation / maintenance - DRG
    • Defining the import process - Database / Flat file
    • Sync up Hierarchies / Use of a Blender
    • Strong hands-on experience in SQL.
    • Integrates with downstream applications Full and Delta Syndications.
    • Automates the Import / Export / Maintenance process DRM Batch Client.
    • Code Migration and Release Management activities – DRM Metadata migration.


    • Self-starter who is able to work independently while supporting the needs of the team.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong decision making skills.
    • Proficient in the Agile System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Ability to gather, understand and drive resolution of projects from a cross-functional team.
    • Should be able to work closely with all the other stake holders DEV, DBA, SA, etc.
    • Capacity and architecture consultation for the applications as and when required.
