About this Role

Quanta Services, South Region is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support regional hiring efforts across multiple operating companies. This role will partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to manage full-cycle recruitment activities for both craft and professional positions.

 

The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment and understands how to recruit effectively within construction, utility, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and industry channels
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordination of interview panels
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) documentation and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring craft, technical, and leadership roles
  • Represent the company at hiring events, career fairs, and industry networking functions as needed
  • Provide regular updates and recruiting metrics to leadership and regional stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in construction, utilities, infrastructure, industrial, or field-service environments preferred
  • Demonstrated success sourcing hard-to-fill and niche technical roles
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, iCIMS & LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different business units simultaneously
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in the office Monday-Friday
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region as needed, up to 15%
