About this Role

Ampacity is looking for an Order Fulfillment Associate to support our Aftermarket Solutions team. The Order Fulfillment Associate supports day-to-day order processing and coordination activities. This role focuses on executing established processes to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer spare and extra parts orders. The Associate works closely with warehouse and supply chain teams while developing foundational knowledge of systems, products, and workflows. 


Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour

What You'll Do

  • Process customer extra and spare parts orders from entry through shipment under guidance. 
  • Verify order accuracy including part numbers, quantities, and shipping details. 
  • Check inventory availability and escalate shortages to senior team members. 
  • Assist in identifying alternative parts using approved internal resources. 
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to support picking, packing, and shipment activities. 
  • Generate shipping labels and basic documentation. 
  • Provide routine order status updates to customers. 
  • Support returns and exchanges processing. 
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases. 
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency. 

What You'll Bring

  • 0–2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or order processing. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Basic organizational and time management skills. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Customer-focused mindset. 
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
