    The Operations Program Analyst participates in the process of planning for, implementing, and supporting Operations driven applications and business processes. This position works closely with cross-functional teams in evaluating the role of implemented systems in providing new operational solutions to Quanta companies.  This position supports the Director of Operations Programs in driving efficiency and to continuously improve integrated processes with a primary focus on systems.

    Responsibilities

    Essential / Non-Essential Job Functions:

    • Assists in ensuring that change management quality and standards are achieved.
    • Develops and assists in the development of project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, identification of risks, and contingency plans.
    • Works with all levels of the organization to capture business needs.
    • Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
    • Helps in monitoring that the design and application of business process and system integration is aligned with business goals.
    • Participates in the delivery and maintenance of application processes ranging from ERP (JD Edwards) to SaaS applications and custom applications for all business process area.
    • Facilitates the standardization of best practices across the business (application of business process, master data, roles and responsibilities, and system use).
    • Develop and/or support the development of presentations that deliver succinct/concise recommendations to management team and be able to provide rationale and justifications behind the recommendations.
    • Engage in regular professional development activities.

     

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of relevant business experience with a focus on business processes, IT business systems and project management.

     

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience with a focus on business processes, IT business systems and project management.

     

    Licenses / Certifications:

    Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

    • Must have demonstrated ability to work with a team in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment.
    • Must be an effective communicator with the ability to influence change and the ability to tailor the communication to specific audiences.
    • Must have the ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence.
    • Must have demonstrated experience in improving and managing business processes and methodologies.
    • Preferred general understanding of systems and relationship between infrastructure, compliance, security, data integration and applications.
    • Ability to facilitate productive meetings and work successfully in a team-oriented environment
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
    • Must be self-aware and willing to adapt to changing work environment.
