About this Role

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Safety Manager to lead and support our safety initiatives across field operations in the West Region of PAR located in Aurora, CO. This role is critical in fostering a culture of safety excellence, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and supporting our teams in delivering work safely and efficiently.
The Safety Manager will partner closely with field leadership, project teams, and corporate safety to drive continuous improvement, reduce risk, and promote a proactive safety mindset across all operations

What You'll Do

  • Lead and promote a strong safety culture aligned with PAR Electric’s core values
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations
  • Conduct regular job site visits, audits, and safety inspections across projects
  • Partner with operations leadership to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns; develop corrective action plans
  • Facilitate safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks
  • Support onboarding and ongoing safety training for field employees
  • Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, trends, and KPIs
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety planning is integrated into all phases of work
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support internal/external audits
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of safety experience, preferably in construction, utilities, or field-based environments
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
  • Proven ability to influence and engage field teams and leadership
  • Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with travel to job sites
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems
  • Certifications such as OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, or equivalent preferred

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
