The Business Process & Data Analytics Analyst supports the continuous improvement of Quanta’s business processes, reporting capabilities, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role combines business process analysis with advanced data analytics and reporting to improve operational visibility, project execution, and strategic project management decision-making.
Working closely with Major Projects Reporting Leadership, Accounting, Project Management, Project Controls, and Operating Units (OpU’s), this position analyzes and improves integrated business processes while developing advanced analytics and reporting solutions. The role focuses on aligning enterprise systems, data sources, and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights that support operational efficiency and project performance.
The Business Process Analyst partners with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop scalable reporting frameworks, and implement business intelligence solutions that enable leadership to monitor project health, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise.
Impact:
Under the direction of Major Projects Reporting leadership, this position drives efficiency in business processes and reporting by harmonizing business practices, improving data quality, and standardizing major projects reporting and analytical tools across the organization.
Through the integration of business processes and advanced analytics solutions, this role improves resource utilization, project transparency, and organizational flexibility while maximizing the value of enterprise systems and business intelligence platforms.
