The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) at PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC provides executive-level leadership and oversight for large-scale, high-risk, or multiple concurrent electrical infrastructure projects. This role is accountable for full operational, financial, contractual, and strategic performance across assigned projects or programs.
The Sr. PM leads Project Managers, field leadership, and cross-functional teams while serving as the primary executive interface with clients, utilities, subcontractors, and senior PAR leadership. This position plays a critical role in driving profitability, strengthening customer relationships, improving operational systems, and developing future leaders within the organization.
