PAR Electrical Contractors LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our transmission, distribution, and substation construction projects. This role serves as a key link between project management, field operations, accounting, and clients to ensure projects run efficiently from initiation through closeout.
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to Project Managers and field leadership while maintaining accurate documentation, tracking financial and contractual data, and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.

Salary Range will be $55,000 - 65,000 per year based on experience
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
Maintain project files, logs, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes)
Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines
Assist with contract review and ensure documentation compliance
Assist with job cost tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing
Support change order preparation and tracking
Help monitor budgets and forecast updates
Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate cost coding
Coordinate onboarding documentation and compliance requirements for field staff
Track equipment and material deliveries
Support project closeout documentation and final reporting
Attend project meetings and distribute summaries
Act as a liaison between operations, accounting, safety, and clients
Support weekly and monthly reporting processes
Ensure accurate and timely communication across project stakeholders
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Construction Management, or related field)
2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar platforms)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience in utility construction, electrical contracting, or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout processes
Knowledge of job cost tracking and basic construction financial principles
Experience supporting field operations teams
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive problem-solving skills
Clear and professional communication style
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
