About this Role

Probst Electric is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to support our construction teams by ensuring work meets project specifications and quality standards. The role maintains a strong field presence, follows inspection procedures, and documents inspection results accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Support construction leadership and crews with job-specific quality requirements and expectations
  • Perform field inspections in accordance with Probst Electric and project-specific inspection protocols
  • Submit accurate and timely inspection reports, photos, and documentation
  • Maintain an active presence at assigned job sites to support field operations
  • Stay current on changes to project specifications and evolving scope of work
  • Communicate inspection results clearly with project managers, supervisors, and field teams
  • Help ensure work is completed in compliance with contract requirements and company standards

What You'll Bring

  • Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
  • Contruction or electrical industry experience preferred
  • Inspection or quality assurance experience in a construction environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
  • Comfortable working in active construction environments
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
  • High school diploma or equivilent, or postsecondary education in construction management, engineering, or a releated field
