About this Role

Probst Electric is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Admin to provide clerical and administrative support at an active construction worksite in Vale, Oregon. This role is essential in maintaining accurate project records, supporting daily jobsite operations, and assisting with communication between field personnel and the corporate office.

What You'll Do

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Maintain and update project and employee records in internal systems
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
  • Prepare and distribute reports, forms, and internal correspondence
  • Support project teams with document control and job files
  • Coordinate meetings and jobsite schedules as needed
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to project management and site leadership
  • Adapt to changing work hours, locations, and jobsite conditions as project needs evolve
  • Adjust focus as project demands shift and keep multiple tasks moving forward

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
  • Ability to follow jobsite safety rules and procedures

Preferred:

  • Experience in construction, utilities, or field operations environments
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience 
  • Familiarity with timekeeping or project tracking systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
