About this Role

The In-House Paralegal is a key member of the corporate legal team and is responsible for providing comprehensive support to Corporate Counsel across a broad range of legal matters. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities, maintaining strict confidentiality, and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.

What You'll Do

  • Review, draft, organize, and manage a wide variety of legal documents, including contracts, leases, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other corporate agreements.
  • Maintain and organize corporate leases, licenses, and legal records to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
  • Support Corporate Counsel in employment-related matters, including workers’ compensation, personal injury claims, and other employment or litigation-related issues.
  • Assist in responding to subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, audits, and internal investigations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Risk Management on legal and compliance matters.
  • Manage communications and coordination with outside counsel
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards in all legal matters.
  • Perform additional legal and administrative duties as assigned to support the needs of the organization.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of paralegal experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment or a real estate or transactional law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, leases, and corporate legal documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Experience supporting real estate or transactional legal matters.
  • Prior experience working in a corporate or in-house legal department.
