About this Role

The Risk and Litigation Manager (“RLM”) will support the efficiency and effectiveness of the Risk Department and Litigation team. The LRM reports to the Chief Risk Officer. To be successful; the LOC must be a self-starter; organized; and willing to dive into this fast-paced position.  In addition, the RLM will have some involvement in processing and tracking both risk and legal services, as well as insurance certificates.  Candidate should have the ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.

What You'll Do

  • Provide general office support and ongoing projects for the litigation team
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a varied audience, including all levels of employees, vendors and outside counsel.
  • Maintain file organization for the department including photocopying, scanning, and document management
  • Assist with maintaining the calendar of the Chief Risk Officer, as well as travel coordination.
  • Assist with large scale document productions, including knowledge of Adobe
  • Assist with opening and managing Legal Tracker eBilling matters, legal spend tracking and reporting
  • Support with insurance renewals and management of corporate insurance matters and databases.

What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Experience in litigation office administration or paralegal preferred.
