About this Role

The Digital Marketing Associate supports the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented marketer who’s fluent in modern digital tools and trends and passionate about using storytelling and data to make an impact.

As part of Ampacity’s marketing team, you’ll collaborate across departments to create compelling content, support campaigns, and measure performance across channels—helping to elevate our brand and accelerate Ampacity’s role in the clean energy transition.

Salary Range: $70,000-75,000/year

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid advertising channels.
  • Create and publish engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and digital ads.
  • Support the management of Ampacity's social media presence, including post scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Update website content and create landing pages using content management systems (CMS).
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics and KPIs (traffic, conversions, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Support CRM and marketing automation workflows, including list management, lead nurturing, and email marketing.
  • Assist with planning and promoting webinars, trade shows, and other events, including promotional materials and logistics.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing communications.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and paid advertising platforms.
  • Proficient in digital design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for the clean energy industry.
