About this Role

The Supply Chain Administrator Ampacity supports Supply Chain Program and Project Managers across multiple utility-scale solar projects within SCALE. This role maintains project databases, tracks material deliveries, generates orders and change orders, and conducts inventory investigations to prevent delays and ensure project milestones are met. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This role provides foundational exposure to utility-scale solar supply chain operations and serves as a developmental pathway toward Supply Chain Project Management.

Pay Rate: $23-25/hour

What You'll Do

Support Supply Chain Program and Project Managers across multiple utility-scale solar projects, maintaining databases, tracking materials, and ensuring project milestones are met through proactive coordination and accurate documentation.

Day-to-day:

  • Communicate with Supply Chain managers to coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Update and maintain project databases for pre-construction, shipping, and active projects
  • Conduct inventory investigations to identify delays and expedite materials as needed
  • Generate and track material delivery spreadsheets to ensure accurate shipments
  • Process new material orders and change orders
  • Monitor project timelines and flag potential supply chain interruptions

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail for managing multiple projects and databases simultaneously
  • Effective written and verbal communication to coordinate across Supply Chain managers, Project Managers, and Sales Directors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with adaptability to changing project needs
  • Analytical skills to conduct inventory investigations and identify potential supply chain disruptions
  • Proactive problem-solving approach to address material delays and ensure project milestones are met

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $23.00/Yr. - USD $25.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
