The Project Manager I – West Division is an entry-level project management professional responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of power infrastructure projects across the western region. This position works under the direction of senior project managers to support day-to-day project operations, cost tracking, and scheduling, while ensuring that all work is performed safely and to PAR Electric’s high standards of quality and performance.

Salary Range for this position is: $85,000 - $100,000
Assist with project setup, scheduling, cost tracking, and document control.
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and equipment for project execution.
Track and report on daily progress, productivity, and field activities.
Support the management of project budgets and forecasts under senior direction.
Prepare RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and weekly progress reports.
Participate in job site visits to monitor safety, quality, and progress.
Collaborate with field leadership to resolve technical or logistical issues.
Maintain compliance with PAR Electric’s safety policies, procedures, and standards.
Promote communication and teamwork across project and field teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of project coordination or field experience, preferably in electrical utility or infrastructure construction.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Eagerness to learn and develop within PAR Electric’s project management career path.
