About this Role

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Aspen safely provides comprehensive infrastructure services to fiber, wireline and wireless carrier customers within the communications industry.  With a focus on delivering for our customers at the highest quality and service, we need smart, dedicated individuals that take pride in their work and have the savvy to thrive in a rapidly growing environment. 

 

We are currently seeking an Invoicing Coordinator to join our Houston team, as we embark on an aggressive growth plan.

What You'll Do

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Review project data to determine required invoicing.
  • Generate documentation to accurately depict proper invoicing in a timely manner.
  • Compile job information to submit invoicing estimates to the customer.
  • Track and follow-up with project invoicing status according to customer and company procedures.
  • Adhere to customer-specific standards, procedures, and requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and with courtesy.
  • Review, analyze, and resolve unbilled projects, including working with other departments as needed.
  • Identify invoicing discrepancies and use discretion and judgment to take necessary actions to resolve.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and aptitude for quick learning by cross-training across multiple invoicing formats.
  • Strong communicator, whether speaking professionally or interpersonally

 

What You'll Bring

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Skills):

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and interact with all levels of staff and management effectively
  • Attention to Detail is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be dependable
  • Strong MS Office skills, experience with SharePoint is a plus
  • Experience in telecommunications field is a plus
  • Experience with invoicing is a plus
