We are looking to fill a Safety Admin to work with a team to aid with processes such as overseeing the DOT compliance database to satisfy Federal and State agencies, data entry, assisting with new hires, other admin responsibilities along with actively working with colleagues.

 

The pay range for this role is $28-$34/hourly

 

What You'll Do

  • Work with base units to ensure all CDL drivers are in compliance with Federal and State Laws
  • Maintain DOT database
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Run weekly and monthly reports for executive meetings

What You'll Bring

  •  Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep the database current
  • Experience in a high paced office setting
  • Preferred * High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $28.00/Hr. - USD $34.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
