About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in JD Edwards (JDE) to lead and manage the successful delivery of JDE-related projects across the enterprise. This role will require deep knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne modules, hands-on project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet the strategic objectives of the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycle for JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne) implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business units and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, risk logs, and communication plans.
  • Oversee functional and technical JDE teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants.
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders including executives, business users, and external vendors.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving resolutions.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Promote and enforce adherence to JDE governance, documentation, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing ERP projects, specifically JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (9.x or higher).
  • Solid understanding of JDE functional modules (e.g., Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex IT and ERP projects from initiation to closure.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional global teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Experience with integrations between JDE and third-party applications (e.g., BI tools, CRM systems).
  • Familiarity with cloud migrations, data conversions, and custom JDE development cycles.
  • Experience working in construction, energy, or utility sectors is a plus.

Work Environment & Conditions

  • Hybrid or remote work options available.
  • Occasional travel may be required to project sites.
  • Must be able to work across different time zones if managing global teams.
