About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the OneStream platform. This role ensures the platform meets the financial reporting, planning, and consolidation needs of the organization. The administrator collaborates with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize system performance and support ongoing enhancements

What You'll Do

  • Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including metadata, data integrations, security, and workflows.
  • Support financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
  • Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring they meet business requirements and are effectively integrated into the system.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and testing, upgrades, and patching, and backups.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users, enhancing their knowledge and proficiency with OneStream
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

What You'll Bring

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial systems support, with a focus on OneStream.
  • Experience with OneStream ACM and Hyperion DRM is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in OneStream, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other relevant software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OneStream certification or equivalent training.
  • Experience in a large-sized organization.
  • Knowledge of other financial systems and ERPs (e.g., JDE, Oracle, Spectrum).
