Sourcing Manager – Build the Future of Energy

We’re seeking a strategic Sourcing Manager with strong EPC experience and a preference for utility sector sourcing to lead procurement efforts across high-impact power and energy projects. As Sourcing Manager, you will spearhead procurement strategies for capital-intensive energy projects—ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services critical to success.
Own end-to-end sourcing for complex EPC projects in the power and utility space
Lead negotiations with vendors to ensure high quality, value, and reliability
Build and mentor a team of Sourcers, fostering strong internal and external relationships
Collaborate with project controls, legal, engineering, and construction to align sourcing with scope and schedule
Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Analyze market trends to inform sourcing strategies and mitigate supply chain risk
Support budget and schedule development with accurate cost and lead time data
5+ years of procurement experience in Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) project environments, required.
Sourcing experience in the utility sector, required.
ERP experience (JDE or similar); advanced procurement tool proficiency
Proven leadership in team management and vendor negotiations
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
