About this role: 

PAR Electric is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Aurora, CO. This position is often the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, and plays a key role in supporting both office and field operations. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative functions, assisting with employee onboarding, and providing essential support to ensure smooth operations across our team.

Salary for this pospition will be $25 per hour

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

  • Welcome and direct visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner.

  • Assist with onboarding processes for union and non-union employees, ensuring accurate completion of new-hire paperwork.

  • Provide benefit information and assist employees with general benefit-related questions.

  • Coordinate the setup and distribution of field equipment, including cell phones, iPads, and other necessary tools.

  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining office records.

  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly.

  • Support Project Managers, HR, and other departments with administrative needs.

  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: Previous administrative or front desk experience preferred; construction or utility industry background a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Comfort with technology, including setting up mobile devices and tablets.

  • Qualities:

    • Professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to support a dynamic team environment.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is - USD $25.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
