About this Role

The Functional ERP Implementation and Integration Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business users and Spectrum program resources to support the configuration and integration of Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum. This role will focus on gathering business requirements, documenting current and future processes, assisting in configuration, testing and validation, and ensuring successful rollout and adoption of the ERP system.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering:
    Collaborate with business users to document functional requirements across Finance, Job Costing, Payroll, Purchasing, and Equipment modules.
  • Functional Configuration Support:
    Assist in configuring ERP modules to reflect business rules and workflows. Work closely with functional leads to validate setups.
  • Testing & Validation:
    Support the development and execution of test scripts, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue tracking during the implementation lifecycle.
  • Integration Documentation:
    Document integration touchpoints between Spectrum and external systems
  • Training & Documentation:
    Assist in creating user manuals, process flows, training content, and job aids for end users.
  • Post-Go-Live Support:
    Provide day-to-day support during hypercare, troubleshoot functional issues, and escalate technical concerns to appropriate teams.
  • Data Validation:
    Support data migration activities including cleansing, validation, and reconciliation of master data and transactional data.

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum or another ERP system in a functional analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of construction or project-based accounting, payroll, procurement, or job costing processes.
  • Experience gathering requirements, creating documentation, and supporting system configurations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, process mapping tools, and ERP data structures.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Viewpoint Spectrum rollouts or upgrades
  • Familiarity with construction-specific systems
  • Basic understanding of integration workflows and middleware tools
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, or Spectrum dashboards
