About this Role

The Business Process & Functional Integration Lead is a key leader supporting the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of the Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum Cloud ERP Program. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end process standardization, facilitating functional systems integration, and collaborating across business units to align people, processes, and platforms. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, the Lead ensures process integrity and integration success across ERP and related enterprise applications.

What You'll Do

Business Process Leadership

  • Serve as a functional lead and SME for core business process areas, driving consistency, optimization, and documentation of workflows across all Operating Units.
  • Lead the definition, alignment, and deployment of standardized business practices, ensuring consistency in master data, controls, and system utilization.
  • Facilitate business process design sessions and workshops with OpUs and corporate teams to document current and future-state workflows aligned with ERP capabilities.
  • Partner with business owners to identify improvement opportunities and deliver measurable process enhancements.

Functional Systems Integration

  • Lead the functional integration efforts between Spectrum ERP and supporting platforms.
  • Define business rules, data flows, interface requirements, and functional testing scenarios to ensure accurate and reliable integration outcomes.
  • Work with IT and third-party vendors to validate and document integration architecture, focusing on business continuity and data accuracy.
  • Monitor post-integration performance and lead issue resolution efforts tied to cross-system dependencies.

Project & Change Enablement

  • Actively participate in project governance and delivery, contributing to plans, timelines, and risk mitigation for Spectrum rollout phases.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and cutover readiness activities from a business process and integration standpoint.
  • Lead training alignment and organizational readiness efforts for process changes tied to integration and ERP adoption.
  • Communicate project updates and integration impacts clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in ERP-enabled business transformation, with a focus on process leadership and functional integration
  • Hands-on experience with Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum or similar construction ERP platforms
  • Strong understanding of construction and project-based operations
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Skilled in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and business documentation standards

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with integration architecture and data validation best practices
  • Knowledge of master data governance and internal controls (e.g., ITGC, SOX compliance)
