About this Role

The ERP Implementation Lead will manage the full lifecycle deployment of the Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum Cloud ERP system across multiple business units. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the implementation in alignment with strategic business goals and enterprise global design. Acting as a bridge between technical teams, functional leads, and OpU stakeholders, the Implementation Lead will contribute to all phases of the project—including discovery, design, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. This position is critical to ensuring successful system adoption and scalable process execution across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

ERP Implementation Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum across corporate and Operating Unit (OpU) environments.
  • Assist program manager in planning, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple deployment waves.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery across functional workstreams (e.g., Accounting, Payroll, Procurement, Field Operations).
  • Facilitate discovery and design sessions to understand business needs and ensure alignment with Spectrum capabilities and best practices.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Drive day-to-day program activities including status reporting, issue tracking, milestone reviews, and change management.
  • Partner with Implementation analyst to ensure alignment between process standardization and system design.
  • Support UAT planning and execution, including test case development, issue resolution, and business sign-off.
  • Lead cutover planning and execution, including legacy system transition, data migration oversight, and go-live coordination.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Align program activities with strategic objectives and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Post-Go-Live Support & Optimization

  • Oversee hypercare support and stabilization for go-live regions.
  • Capture lessons learned, promote knowledge sharing, and identify continuous improvement opportunities in ERP usage and support models.

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6–10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and deployment, with at least 2 years focused on Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum or comparable ERP in a construction or industrial environment
  • Understanding of job cost, payroll, procurement, and accounting workflows
  • Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to manage timelines, resources, and risks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Certified in Trimble ViewPoint Spectrum ERP
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP testing, training, and cutover processes
  • Experience in union/non-union environments and regional ERP deployments
