About this Role

The Corporate Jet Dispatcher will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of travel plans for our executives at Quanta Aviation Services (QAS). This position involves close coordination with executives and their staff to develop travel schedules that meet their needs while optimizing cost efficiency and comfort. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics with precision.

What You'll Do

  • Travel Coordination: Work directly with executives and their staff to understand travel needs and preferences. Develop and manage efficient travel plans, including flight scheduling, ground transportation, and accommodations if necessary.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the travel process. Address any changes or special requests promptly to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Cost Management: Balance the comfort and preferences of executives with cost considerations. Seek opportunities to optimize travel expenses without compromising quality or convenience.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate jet program, including maintenance schedules, crew assignments, and compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to travel efficiency, cost savings, and executive satisfaction. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance service and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in executive travel, including pilots, maintenance teams, and administrative staff.
  • After-Hours Support: Provide support outside of standard business hours as needed, including early mornings, to accommodate executive travel schedules.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation dispatch, executive travel coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations and requirements for corporate aviation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage complex logistics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and their teams.
  • Proficiency in flight planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
