About this Role

The Aviation Project Manager at Quanta Aviation Services (QAS) is responsible for planning, executing, and closing aviation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and adhering to regulatory requirements in the aviation sector.

 

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Overtime may be required, and occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate H-Series training sessions in collaboration with Quanta Aviation Services (QAS) Technical Advisors.
  • Manage training logistics, including ordering, preparing, and shipping training materials and documentation.
  • Track and maintain all H-Series certifications across Quanta Services, including issuing and shipping certification cards upon successful completion of training.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training inquiries and scheduling adjustments.
  • Maintain the Aviation Service Provider (ASP) program, ensuring compliance with QAS’ standards and contractual requirements.
  • Collect, review, and maintain monthly flight hour reports and updated pilot rosters from ASP partners.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with ASPs, ensuring alignment with active Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Support the execution of new MSAs and manage renewals or modifications to existing agreements.
  • Assist Quanta OpCos in sourcing qualified ASPs when internal aviation contractors are unavailable to support operations.
  • Provide timely reporting and updates to leadership regarding ASP utilization, training progress, and contractor availability.
  • Track key aviation metrics to support safety, compliance, and operational readiness across Quanta operations.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in management, project management, or logistics preferred.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $25.00/Hr. - USD $30.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
