Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to contribute to the success of our projects by providing accurate and timely cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, with experience working on large projects within the utilities or civil construction industries. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results are key. This position will include both office and field work.
The pay range for this role is $100,000-$130,000
Estimating & Analysis
Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
Prepare detailed take-offs and quantity surveys.
Research and analyze material costs, labor rates, and equipment expenses.
Utilize construction estimating software to enhance efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with operations project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
Present and explain estimates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Participate in bid review meetings.
Field & Pre-Bid Activities
Attend pre-bids and job walks prior to estimate completion.
Assist project teams with clarifications during the bidding process.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
